I have one time birla insurance , of 1 lak which i took on 28 april 2006 more then 4 years , I was about to surrender this policy after 2 years but i got mail from birla that i have pay surrender charges if i surrender before 4 years , So i decided to surrender the policy after four years now i got the mail from birla that i have pay surrender charges up to 7 years.
I attach my mail copy to them that they mail me that i have to give no surrender charges after 4 years they are not giving any response to me . I asked to customer care they said please attach the mail and send to them but again no response.
Please kindly tell me what i have to do as these big companies having contradiction in their talks .Please suggest

and image of prudential has been transhed in the market
I came to understand that Premium allocation charge was recovered at a very high rate and this fact was not brought to my notice
at the time of issusing policy by any of your representative .
I had great trust on ICICI Prudential but I have lost my faith and rendered my self to indulge in anti publicity of ICICI Prudential
Before this, I have also loged a complain soon after lapse of considerable period.
In the end i request to kindly redress my grievance and arrange to refund the remaining balance of principal amount with interest
at least.

Hi,
This is to inform that I Jitender kumar took an insurance from National Insurance Company Limited on 01 Jan 2010, Policy No.361801/31/09/6100014243, for my car SANTRO XING XO (DL 4C S 8625). On 10th of March 2010 CNG kit was stolen from my car which was covered under insurance. I made an FIR for the same to Janak Puri Police station (FIR NO. 58) and deposited the same(thrice) to the National Insurance Company. It’s being 9 months now I am asking for the insurance claim and every time I go to the company at “Below mentioned address” they ask me for documents which I have already submitted thrice. Now form last few months when I go to them and ask for money they give me excuses like,
1st excuse. investigation is under process come after 1 week
2nd excuse. it’s month ending so we are closing our accounts so come on next month.
3rd excuse. We have forwarded the file so check the status after 2 weeks.
4th excuse. It’s dipawali come after dipawali.
5th excuse. We have less number of staff to work this is the reason its taking time.
7th excuse. Every time I go to the office I find manager is on some round and take atleast 2 to 3 hours to come to the office. I have to wait for him 2 to 3 hours .
Now you are the last hope please help me,

I would like to inform you that, I have taken a policy from Max New York Life Insurance Limited. The Policy Number is 705509545 (taken on 25-sep-2008). Form the date of inception of the policy insurer is confusing me by sending wrong policy information through Emails and SMSs and creating panic among customers.
I would like bring into your kind notice the following points:
How a policy can be due before the due date (e.g. suppose my policy is due on 25-Dec-2010 they send me Emails that pay premium before due date and when I pay it they will take it as top up to the policy)
I have already paid my current due date premiums but I am still getting SMS and Emails saying my policy got lapsed.
When I had a call with their customer care (Ref No.: 4590065) they are saying my premium payment amount of 4000/- is showing in suspense account? How it is possible?
It has create lots of confusion to me and I am sure they doing it with other customer.
Please see to it and help me with the problem. Hope to get a quick intervention from your side.

IRDA is not at all bother for the customer as IRDA wants to convey,unless and until Multi Level Marketing companies stop selling Insurance products mis-selling will continue and policies will be sold and never being solicitated.If IRDA cant stop MLM companies may be due to political pressure ,IRDA should not make Licensing mandatory.

I have purchased on-line term plan on 8th Feb. 2011 from ICICI Prudential (product: iProtect option II). At the end of filling the online form, I paid the premium amount through ICICI net-banking. The premium amount has been deducted from my A/C instantly, but I did not get the confirmation of payment receipt. They have contacted me on 9th Feb 2011 saying that I have not completed my online application and directed me to a website where I am supposed to pay the premium for completion of online form. I enquired piller to post about status of my application after explaing everything by mail as well as more thn 20 calls to customer care and ICICI person, I did not get a single information. I am really tensed and feeling that I have lost my hard erned money Rs 12905.
I would also request you to do something before many other people like me get trapped to this online buying of term plan. It is really a serious issue in public interest.

Dear Rajeev I would advice you to approach higher-ups in ICICI grivance cell with payment details of online a/c that too with ICICI bank if they didnot yield to your request call up above mentioned helpline they will provide nodal officer number of ICICI lombard who should help you to fix the problem

I am a general customer of Star Health mediclaim insurance company.I took a health policy from lucknow branch of Star Health 5 months back.At the time of taking a insurance i gave a premium cheque to lucknow branch but due to some reasson my cheque was bounced.After that i made a bounced payment with bouncing charge 100/ additional.But they issued me policy of same amount and they are not giving me cash payment receipt of 100/- bouncing charge,which i already paid to Star Health Lucknow Branch.So i think this is a fraud by the company employees they always chared a bouncing charges without giving any payment receipt,so please look into this matter,because i think all other customers are unaware about this type of fraud.

I have applied for TERM plan on 8th May from Metlife with Policy Name : Metprotect and Application number -495050270 through online payment of Rs 9927/-. but after a lot of followup through mail and toll free number i am not getting any update on my policy ,Only they have confirm that all the doc is received and medical tem will contact me for test but after lot of follow up ,no one is responding from Metlife and they are not provide any number also to concact .
Only they are telling to call on toll free nember on which they only can provide information and they are denoying to take any complaind .
Please suggest what to do ?
I do not have any option except toll free number on which no body is giving any proper responce .

The IRDA in collaboration with many Private Insurance Companies are makeing fun of the Public Money by allowing many Private Insurance Companies to sale Insurance Policies in places where there is no Branch or support for giving proper service to the insured people. The company wouldn't pay the risk amount if the insurance cross the grace period and lapsed. But the people who are insured in the place where there is no Branched suffered without getting any support and service from the Insurance Company as there is lot of problem of the policy holder to give their renewal premiums in time, or withdraw money or claims or surrender their policy, which happens in most of the places in nook and corner of India, especially in many part of the North Eastern part of India. The Insurance Companies only care to collect money from the people by employing some agents or staffs, with false promises of extension of Branch etc. but remain silent and terminated after collection of good amount. Their main objective is to get the cash from the people, sometimes as the policy holders does not get any support or service from the companies, the policies lapses. And if the policy lapse before completion of login period the money is forfeit from the people. The companies are concern and strict in giving out process but they are relax and rules are not applied while taking in money from the people in the name of Insurance.
The IRDA should check such Companies immediately to stop sale of insurance policies in areas where there is no Branch or support units to take care of the policy holders. This is a very important issue and action should be taken immediately if IRDA is not a part of such Companies or is being corrupted by some rich Insurance Companies.

i am not satisfied with the insurance claim from iffco tokio. i recived a cheque of amount Rs.2589/.my full bill amount is Rs.5030/.mr gabba who is surveyer of my bike,had passed my bke parts as damaged. my bike was bajaj discover 150 which i buyed on 5 nov 2010 and my got an accident on 14 feb 2011.the claim was registered on 16 feb 2011. the bike agency is ambe auto, d9/5 okhla phase 2.the parts damaged were head light,visor,fairing,handle,cletch lever, foot rest,sharee guard,leg guard,right side mirror, silencer plate ,back side seat handle.iffco tokio customer says that metal is 100%, fibre is 70% or plastic 50%. i complaint them but they havent listened my complaint. i need my full amount and the company person is talking abusive. i request you to help me for my money back.the company customer survey mr. gabba is not receiving my call and keep it on hold .

Hdfc bank officer has told if you need loan you have made policy . They are daily force to give cheque . We are given three cheques son of Mr. Shantilal Jain; proprieter of M/S. tarachand rameshkumar, Mr. Nirmal Jain and Mr. Pradeep jain and proprieter of M/s. nirmalchand pradeepkumar Mr. Roshan Jain. They are present cheque before loan amount deposite in our account. We are daily complaining to HDFC Bank to freelock the policy and refund whole amount. They are not taking any action to refund and wasting our time from 18/11/2011; as once policy papers are ready it is not possible to cancel the policy. they are not giving form of freelock. they are also not telling charges deducted yearly and daily basis from our premium account. They are cheating us.
Is there any rule or noms made by indian govt.,RBI or insurance companies to make policy first to get loan.

Sub: Rejection of Insurance Claim for TATA NANO CX BSIV MH 12 HL 6187 by TATA AIG
I had purchased the above ref TATA NANO CX BSIV on 29/11/2011.
The said car was damaged on 25th April 2012.
I was driving the car. I hold Learning Licence( scanned copy attached ); my friend who was sitting beside me hold valid LMV TR licence. ( the licence scanned copy for the same is also attached )
The next day I approached to Pandit automotive workshop Sahakar nagar for getting it repaired. The workshop gave the estimation of 23,500/-rupees approx.
The Tata AIG representative Mr. Sujay Nadar( mob. No. 9673007631 and email Id “ sujay.nadar@tata-aig.com” ) who was looking into this case called me in this regard and told me that the claim is denied on the ground that the License of my friend is expired and asked me to withdraw the claim, so I withdrew the claim and as I was about to pick my car from sahakar nagar, the workshop asked me to pay the depreciation amount of 10 % of estimated charges plus parking charges from day 1st till withdrawal Date, which I denied to pay. After when I collected my car ( by paying nothing ) I was left with no options but forced to approached to a Local Vendor in Kondhwa for getting it repaired. Meantime I approached to RTO and got the Extract of the LMV – TR Licence of my friend,( the scan copy of the same is attached) which says that the Licence is valid i,e (not expired). I called up Mr. Sujay and told the whole story, in reply he asked me to mail the scan copy of RTO, which I have already mailed yesterday i,e on 7-5-2012. Mr. Sujay was suppose to call me today morning ( 8-5-2012 ) but did not bothered until yet. I had also asked Mr.Sujay to give me in writing, the reason for claim rejection, which has not come to me till now.
In this process I could not concentrate on my work as I am Doctor and wasted my time and with lot of tense and stress to me, my family and my Patients in spite of having the valid Insurance from Tata AIG.
This is done due to sheer negligence by Tata AIG, denying my claim without any ground.
Due to this all I and my family suffered morally and financially without our fault :-
1) Loss of time.
2) Loss of my concentration on my clinic.
3) Expenses towards carrying my car to Tata Service Centre and back to residence and again to private vendor.
4) My wife is diabetic patient who has taken stress and suffered more.
5) The originality of my car is lost which could have been much better at Tata Service Centre if Tata AIG could have taken proper care for reading License properly or had approached RTO or asked us to get the EXTRACT OF THE DRIVING LICENCE immediately.
TATA AIG and Tata Service Centre have nothing to do with the customers but to get the customers by assuring and not fulfilling the promises they make at the time of selling the products.
Finally I, as a customer suffered more for fault which is not mine but this all happened due to sheer negligence of Mr .Sujay and his department and ultimately by TATA AIG.
The scan copies of the Licence and EXTRACT OF THE DRIVING LICENCE is attached for your kind co- operation.
