changes in examination enrollment (i.e. Centre/ medium/ module) is allowed in eligible cases on payment of rs.250/- per change. students who have enrolled may submit change request through online mode only. incase you need any information/ assistance, please contact at tel.no. 0120-4522081/ 87.
photograph / signature for any mismatch in photograph and/or signature : please send scanned images of passport size photograph and signature (in jpg format) email@example.com mentioning your registration number.
switchover to executive programme (new syllabus)
Executive programme (old syllabus) students who want to switchover to executive programme (new syllabus) may send their request to firstname.lastname@example.org for switching over to new syllabus. last date for submission of request for changes in enrollment status
students may please note that requests for change in enrollment status will not be entertained after issue of admit card ( i.e. allotment of roll no.) and in any case after 5th December, 2013. it is clarified that requests for change in the enrollment status should reach the directorate of student services, noida by the 5th December, 2013., the institute will not be responsible for loss of articles in postal transit.
expiry of registration
students whose request for examination enrollment have been rejected due to expiry of registration but applied for renewal of registration in time may please contact the institute at e-mail id email@example.com or at tel.no. 0120-4522072/75 for verification of records.
non-submission of 10+2 / graduation pass mark sheet / pass certificate
foundation / executive programme students whose request for examination enrollment have been rejected due to non-regularization of “provisional registration” may immediately submit the 10+2 / graduation pass mark sheet / certificate at e-mail id firstname.lastname@example.org for updating the status. students who fail to submit the certificates will not be eligible for appearing in the examinations.
Dispatch of admit cards (in physical form) by post has been discontinued from June, 2011 session of examination. students are required to download the same from institute’s website www.icsi.edu
students may download the admit card from institute’s website www.icsi.edu after 7th December, 2013 (requests for any change in the enrollment status will not be entertained after 5th December, 2013)
