Since person who has taken 2-3 different type of loans from different banks & has defaulted on them then its default report is generated by respective bank but now it is maintained & circulated by CIBIL in its original form on demand of lending institutions when the same individual has gone for seeking new loan. However in CIR it is mentioned by CIBIL how many Loan A/Cs does the individual maintains & on which loan A/Cs his EMIs are overdue. 1. It is most unfortunate that banks give credit to the borrowers and the information passed on to CIBIL.After clearing the entire dues to the bank/Financiers the information given to the CIBIL is not removed from the cibil Default List. Why

  2. In World population there are eighty percent are borrowers.Out of Eighty percent 50 percent information will go to CIBIL. Gradually it will goes upto 80 percent. Than there will be no body to gain credit/lend borrowings from the financial Institutions The list shows in the CIBIL as default or Negative credit. After some years no body is eligible to avail credit facilities from the fin. Institutions whatever the reason maybe. Financial/Banking institutions has to review their lending business

  3. As per my knowledge HSBC shows more enthusiasm in sending reports to CIBIL badly. As per my experiance I have closed my HSBC credit card for their abnormal billing and i have surrenderd the card by paying slight penalties that is about RS.450/-.For this reason they have given credit report as default to the Cibil. The people who cheats the banks with several credit cards with wrong residential addresses are now also enjoying credit facilities with the banks.Customers voluntarily closed their cards by making full payments are unnecessarily suffered.
